چکیده
The field of bone tissue engineering (BTE) focuses on the repair defects that are too large to be restored by natural healing process. To purpose, synthetic materials mimicking extracellular matrix (ECM) widely studied and many combinations compositions architectures possible. In particular, electrospinning process can reproduce fibrillar structure ECM stretching a viscoelastic solution under an electrical field. With this method, nano/micrometer-sized fibres produced, with adjustable chemical composition. Therefore, shaping bioactive ceramics such as silica, glasses calcium phosphates through electrospinning, promising properties for their use in BTE obtained. This review situ synthesis simultaneous bioceramic-based while reasons using each material correlated its bioactivity. Theoretical practical considerations these developed. Finally, investigations into vitro vivo bioactivity different systems inorganic exposed.

Preparation of Laponite Bioceramics for Potential Bone Tissue Engineering Applications
We report a facile approach to preparing laponite (LAP) bioceramics via sintering LAP powder compacts for bone tissue engineering applications. The sintering behavior and mechanical properties of LAP compacts under different temperatures, heating rates, and soaking times were investigated. We show that LAP bioceramic with a smooth and porous surface can be formed at 800°C with a heating rate of...
متن کاملA Review on Commonly Used Scaffolds in Tissue Engineering for Bone Tissue Regeneration
Introduction: Bone is one of the tissues that have a true potential for regeneration. However, sometimes the bone defects are so outsized that there is no chance of bone self-repair and restoration or the damage is such that it is not possible to repair with medical or surgical interventions. In these situations, bone grafts are the treatment of choice, but due to several obstacles, including l...
متن کاملElectrospinning of polymeric nanofibers for tissue engineering applications: a review.
Interest in electrospinning has recently escalated due to the ability to produce materials with nanoscale properties. Electrospun fibers have been investigated as promising tissue engineering scaffolds since they mimic the nanoscale properties of native extracellular matrix. In this review, we examine electrospinning by providing a brief description of the theory behind the process, examining t...
متن کاملBone Tissue Engineering: a Mini-Review
Despite advances in bone tissue engineering, auto grafts from intra-oral or extra-oral donor sites are still the gold standard for treatment of large craniomaxillofacial defects. Biomaterial development, application of growth factor, and stem cells, open new gateway to bone regeneration studies, but real translation from bench to bedside have not yet happened. In this review article, a number o...
